Go Talk Therapy recognises that poor mental health can affect everyone. Using the counselling process and therapeutic techniques, we will help you to understand and identify how you are feeling. This will enable you to explore what’s happening and help you to make decisions yourself about the things you want to change.

A counsellor will not give you their opinions or advice or prescribe medication. They will help you find your own solutions
